65 + Strength and Cardio Classes: These classes is for the Active Older Adults 65 and over by incorporating modifications and training that prevents muscle deterioration, improves bone strength and boosts quality of life. This class is geared to help active agers gain the strength, confidence and ability to mentally and physically thrive. Classes are 45 minutes, 2 days per week.
