Personal Training at Achieve Fitness

At Achieve Fitness Studio, our focus is creating stronger, healthier versions of ourselves. We believe that gaining self – confidence and overall happiness is the starting point of getting comfortable in your body – no matter what shape or size.

Our coaches are dedicated to your mind and spirit, which we feel will lead to physical transformations. We don’t believe in quick fixes, competitions, etc. Our coaches will motivate you with challenging and uplifting workouts, and are ready to sweat together and have fun as you “achieve” your fitness goals.

In–studio and Online Personal Training

Clients now have the option to personal train in-studio or online with us via

Our training packages can be use both in-studio and online. We offer 30 and 60 minutes training sessions.
All NEW clients have the option to consult online or at the studio to discuss fitness goals. Fitness Assessments are usually done at the studio but can also be done online.

Fit3D Body Scan

We now offer Body Scanning with our FIT 3D scan. This scan takes 40 seconds and measures body fat, body mass, weight and your balance. It also takes a 3D image of your body (front/back).

Clients receive a copy of their results by email. We recommend the body scan every 3 months to track clients progress.
