GoTrain provides Cross Training at our Mayfield Studio. We call ourselves the Wolfpack.
All of our trainers are certified, which means we’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology and nutrition. We understand that no two bodies are alike and we’ll work with you to get fit at the right pace.
Here’s the GoTrain Methodology
Muscle Confusion – Each day will bring different exercises always specifically designed to work on different muscle groups and/or cardiovascular strength.
Functional Moves – Means maintaining the safest, most-efficient position to power through a movement. Go Train will help you maintain the correct position in a workout – both to keep you and others safe as well as to maximize efficiency.
High Intensity – Workouts are done in a fraction of the time most people are used to. This leads to faster and better results.
Wolfpack – The beauty of Go Train is that we are all in it together, motivating one another. It’s a place where the person last to finish the workout receives more high fives than the person first to finish.
